- Breakfast of Champions Mask (moisturizes skin and lightly exfoliates)
Prepare ½ cup of cooked oatmeal. As it cools add ¼ cup of honey. Smooth onto face and massage with fingertips for 1 minute. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
- The Mask of Milk & Honey (for extreme moisture)
Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 teaspoon of buttermilk. Smooth evenly onto face. Let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
- Simply Honey (moisturizes skin and tightens pores)
Warm 2 tablespoons of honey in a saucepan over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Apply warm (NOT HOT) honey onto face. Lightly pat honey into skin to stimulate circulation for 30-60 seconds. Let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
